Shouldn't be. Just a matter of relocating the key switch to the helm, pulling off the tiller and running cables to a binnacle, I'm sure once you take it apart, you'll see how things work on a tiller versus a remote. You'll have to buy the rigging though...unless you already have it and are looking to buy a tiller at a good price and swapping over...
