Bob, that's great! Funny how they know it all 'til they get called out.
Here's one from last Wednesday:
We ship a lot of high value, so have to take the boxes to Fedex and get a receipt from the ladies there. They are all very nice. Walk in, some woman not from around here was bitching out one of them about the price quoted for Priority Overnight. It was 36 bucks.
She said she had called first, was told it was 36 bucks, and had driven all the way out there. And now, she was told that the 36 bucks only covered the shipment ONE WAY......
What a dumass. But she is getting louder and crappier. I was second in line behind her...so finally I said "ma'm, it goes over everything online...you need to DO YOUR HOMEWORK."
Well if looks could kill I'd a been smote down. She huffs and puffs, grabs up her Fedex envelope, and says....
"To hell with this....I'll just e-mail it!"
