aquasport 246 rubber molding

instead of posting in my 246 diesel install thread i thought i would simply make a new post.... does anyone know where i can get the rubber trim / molding - rub rail   that goes around the boat and covers the hull to deck joint.

It's either gonna be a Taco or a Barbour Plastics rubrail.  That's what it's called, Eric... :thumright:

thanks for the feedback, my aquasport 246 did not have a rubrail when i got it, does anyone know the size / width of the original rub rail on the 246.

Hey! Sorry it took me so long to see this. The winter on Long Island has just plain sucked pushing boats out past anything conceivable at the time. The thaw is starting to melt the salt in my blood so its boat time again soon.

To answer your question, its 1 7/8 by 3/4. I have both the black rub rail on my 246CCP and the green rail i pulled from my 200CCP so I know the green should be original. Thats what I measured so im not sure if the stuff shrank or not over all this time. Good luck!!
