Looks a lot easier than venting, which I have problems doing anyway.  Are they available here yet Scott?

Here's one from the first video, alittle pricey if you lose it http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/st ... sNum=50905

Here's the one from the Australian company, seems like they have the market cornered on it, might be expensive to get one shipped from them.

This is one a guy made.

Making one shouldn't be to hard for any of us, but I will make some calls tomorrow, maybe Economy Tackle here knows something.

Not bad - wonder how much weight we'd need?
I read a review on the first one above and he was using 5lb

Rick for what i do 3-4 pounds should work, i don't plan on putting any big ones back  :D

My plan is to take the handle of a reel and use my cordless drill to reel the weight back up.

Scott,
Don't ruin your good drill with salt water. :(

Bet you can find one of these lying around the kitchen. :thumleft:

Yes, I know we've seen this posted before but ya gotta admit, this is pretty sweet.

Good idea   I remember that one

Good thinking about the salt, maybe a cheap HF drill instead.

99 percent of my red snapper that we toss back after venting, have a second and more intense venting action performed on them by the cuda or flipper biting them in half.
