Question on Rigging Tray on a 170
« on: June 04, 2012, 05:23:37 PM »
As you know the boats been painted and everything on the boat will be new. My question is running the fuel lines, wires and cables in the original rigging tray molded into the floor.

I want to bond something to the center of the tray to keep everything out of the water that will enter the tray. It will cover only the center of the tray and only wide enough to attach all the rigging so the water can flow on each side to the stern. Have any of you done this? What did you use? Should I just use the PVC board I have been using as backing material to attach fuse boxes, etc..?

Thanks

You could slice lengthwise a piece of large diameter PVC pipe.
