Have a 2 wire transom all around light I need to install.
I would guess that the Pos power comes from the switch side of the bow lights switch?
(all running lights would be on one switch).
Can the Neg come from the Neg bus bar, busbar in the transom?
(short easy clean run if possible)

Of course it can. The ground bus astern is tied to the ground bus under the helm. That is the main reason I install a ground bus astern on all my re-wires. All the equipment aft gets grounded there...
