Info on suncoast boats?
« on: October 10, 2011, 10:19:05 PM »
I have finally found out what the manufacturers name is. Its suncoast boats. And I think they were made in palmdale fl not maitland fl. Does anyone know anything about them or have heard anything about them?

There are 3 Suncoast listings in Florida - you need to check the HIN for the right one:
ASC - SUNCOAST II 1655 ALPHA DR MELBOURNE FL - 1992 to 2002
FXX - FLORIDA SUNCOAST MARINE 480 65TH ST SOUTH ST PETERSBURG FL - 1984 to 1999
SKO - SUNCOAST MARINE 1521 S DALE MABRY652 TAMPA FL - 1982 to 1983

Hope this helps - good luck!

Here's an item of interest on Suncoast (the dealer, not the manufacturer) around Tampa:

Are you looking for info on a boat called a suncoast?
If so Suncoast used to make boats around here in swfl. in suncoast estates if I remember right. Suncoast used to be a fiberglass supply/wholesaler and then began to make boats.
I know of a few that are still around after many refits/ rebuilds.
They made one model that looks just like a 22 flatback but was a little narrower and generally built  with a side console. They are one of the old school guide/comercial gulf coast boats.
