225 Explorer Owner's Manual

I am a new member living in PA who just purchased a 2001 225 Explorer with Evinrude 200 that has never seen salt water. Boat runs strong, no major issues outside of having to replace the tach. I love working on the boat, but have to use a lot of intuition when dealing with electrical issues and the various systems. Does anyone know where I can find or copy any  manuals for the boat?

How is the 200 evinrude working out for you? I am considering one that is in philly on the back of a 215 explorer but have heard alot of conflicting reports on it? Is the 225 alot to trailer i would consider one but I'm thinking it  would be alot of weight for my 2001 tahoe

The motor runs great. Don't believe the anecdotal nonsense posted about the FIGHT motors on the net. If it runs well when you sea trial  was well maintained and software updated the 200 should give you many years of service. I think a lot of the negative posts come from shills who work for Evinrude competitors
