after checking out where a random beep was coming from in a customers 35 everglades, i probably wouldn't own one of those, opening one of the hatches in the cabin, foam was sprayed on everything after the wiring was done, all you see is foam with random wires running into it wires  werent even bundled nicely together pretty shotty if you ask me, and the battery switch location, f-that!

since we're all asleep and dreamin, the boat of my choice would probably be a 36 Yellowfin cc with tripple 250 or 300 optimax's

or a 42 yellowfin

Bwahahahaa Yea Bob , I guess you guys don’t get water temp. drops like we do. Just three weeks ago the water temp at the db buoy was 82 today its 71. By Oct. the water temps in the back bays will be down to 60. By the end of Nov. down in the 50’s or even in the 40‘s. All depends on how fast. The air temp. drops around here. I like the fall but hate winter  . By Jan. we will have hard water that you can walk on  . You guys ever  walk on water. Bwahahaha We get to in late winter. :thumright:

And man I couldn't a ford to even start that boat with all of those motors. That thing will burn 40 to 50 gals an hour.

bob take a look at this, scroll to the second to last picture in the line up, can you see the switch location? my skinny a$$ had a hard time getting in there, not to mention it took us about 20 minutes of diggin through hatches looking for the switches

http://www.evergladesboats.com/boats/350LX.php

there's a access hatch to starboard of those switches, everything electrical was covered in foam, wires laid everywhere

So you're telling me that if Bubba, the 6'6" 300 pounder buys this boat, he has to stuff his fat you know what down there every time to turn the switches?  That's a joke!  And BTW, that doghouse is a joke as well...

well it has these new electronic battery switches, theres a switch somewhere on the boat that shuts off the batteries, i have yet found that switch. pretty stupid if you ask me, theres still constant power being drawn from the batteries even if they're off, all of the breakers are in that room... i poped every breaker, turned all of the "switched to the "off" position and theres still power being drawn...

but yeah a pretty retarded setup

Bryan,
Your Osprey is set up beautifully!!  Go with twin 200s, the hell with the capacity plate!!

Aaron, is that Everglades using BEP motorised battery switches?
