Clear plastic windshield. Any good cleaner?
« on: July 15, 2011, 11:16:23 PM »
Hi.  Anyone recommend a good, non scratching material to clean up the plastic windshield on my 2000 Osprey 215 DC (the part attached to the green biminy top) and make it more transparent again?  Becoming a little bit of a strain to see through while driving.  Thanks
Dave

For everyday cleaning other than deep scratches lemon pledge works great.  That what we use on the acrylic aircraft windows.

There's a ZEP cleaner you can buy at Lowes, it's next to the glass cleaner, but it's for plastic. Comes in a spray bottle like Windex, but it's a light milky blue color.
