Some cool boats in northern Italy

Didn't see any Aquasports, but here are a few memorable scenes:

Rode in a 1902 side-wheeler across Lake Garda - this was a cool boat!  Those side paddle wheels really move some water.  She was originally steam-powered and still has the boiler, but has been converted to diesel:

 
 

Venice main canal - every kind of boat you can think of  - even center consoles - but no Aquasports
 

Some really pretty wood-hull water taxis:
 

Here was a beautiful boat we saw on Murano island:
 

And, of course, the Gondolas in Venice:
