Can you tell me if your panels are lexan?What's the thickness and how did you cut  it?You did a great job.I like to do that on my tourn.master.

Yes the panels are black lexan, 3/16" thickness.  I took the old one to the plastic fab shop and he used the old one as a template, pretty easy.  You need some good hole saws for the gauges, and a "plasti-drill" bit to make the mounting screw holes.  Does your 98' have the glove box and gauge panel next to it, or is it one long panel across the dash like the newer Ospreys (like Pete's)?  Let me know, if you have the ability where you are located, if not I will help you out from down here.

I have the guages like yours with a separate glove box.I guess I have to find a plastics shop tp cut them out.My boat is in New Gretna NJ.I appreciate the offer though,thanks.We have the same boat so I like all the changes you have made.
