Fish Box Gaskets

I have a 98/245 TM.My gaskets around the lids on my fishbox and hatch covers up front are starting to get brittle and break.Has anyone replaced these,where did you buy gaskets,and what type did you use.Ballpark cost would be helpful.Pics if you have any.

I lightly sanded the edge and wiped it down with mineral spirits to clean it.Nice thing about this product it is inexpensive enough to replace when needed
