I am looking at purchasing a 1997 20 ft. Aqua. The boat is on a fairly new trailer and the owner wants $7000. The owner said there are a couple of soft spots on the deck. Question 1-does a 97 osprey have wooden or composite stringers?/Question 2-is 7g a "reasonable" price for a 14 yr old boat./Question 3-boat is equipped with a 97 150 Evinrude ocean runner-what should I look or listen for when inspecting this outboard-was this a well built outboard?/Question 4-what should I be looking for when inspecting this vessel?

Thank you for any input you can give me about this hull and outboard. You guys are a great resource and very much appreciated!!!
