I was down in Venice this afternoon and ran into a guy named Mike and his family, with a sweet flat back, totally redone top to bottom,he did a great job on it,i told him about our site and he said he would be checking us out so i'm hoping this catches his eye.

I was down there 2 weekend's ago and ran into a similar boat.  may have been him.  He said he'd been working on the boat for 5 years and that was the first time he'd had it in the water. Very nice lookin boat.

Beat me to it...although I think the fishing out of Venice, LA is better than Venice, FL, once you get out out the rigs...

Guess i should have made that clear, easy to get caught up in my small world here sometimes.

Just went for a little seawall fishing, caught some nice Sheepshead and some small Snook.

  That woulda been a helluva trip in a 22' boat!  But it seems like these teenagers are making that ocean crossing all the time in a sailboat, so why not!
