Check out my new 22-2 badge!
« on: January 19, 2011, 10:26:29 PM »
Look at what I just got!
2 beautiful stainless steel 22-2 badges.

Kind of expensive but ...... they don't break, tarnish or rot and they look great!!!    :thumleft:

Got them from Adeptus Industries in Bradenton Florida.  http://www.adeptusind.com/pages/336936/index.htm
Great addition to my 73/08 rebuild!

Mike,
I knew Adeptus sounded familiar, we (Proline) used to buy our engine backing plates from them...

So how much they set you back?  BTW, they look GOOD!! :thumleft:  :thumleft:

Capt Bob, your link to the 14cwater thread is where i got the contact from.

14cwater had a larger badge. I had mind shrunk down to the original badge size.

Cost was $260 for two badges.

That's hot. Too bad they don't proudly promote Hialeah, but they have a classic Bertram look. Very nice.

Since they don't have the Hialeah Fla. logo on the bottom, how about say a decal of.....

A Pink Flamingo or maybe Russell Dent?

I ended up puting a little 5200 behind the badges so that someone would havbe to work harder to get them off the side when I wasn't looking.  Just a thought.  They would come off pretty quickly without it.  I was originall 14cwater but had to get  a new account name for some reason

Why did you have to get a new acct - forgot your p/w?  I can fix that if you want me to.

I tried to sign in with my old account and password a few times then it locked me out.  So I started a new account.  If you can get me into my old account that would be great.
