Whoa! something is bigtime out of whack!  caster, camber, toe in or something like that...  looks like more than just riding on the inside a bit.  Is the tread cupped or anything?

From the photo, it sure looks that way.  (Is that what you mean by "cupping"?)

Mike the guy at the trailer place hooked me up,he had one in his shop he ordered for someone over a year ago,the guy put 300 down on it and never came back,so i gave him 250 cash and it was a done deal, gonna do the other one soon and their 600 normal price so at least i got a deal on one,and i do it myself so no labor charge involved.

Scott-
that's right, I remember you telling me about that.  What did you do with your boat while you worked on your trailer?  I might have to do my own labor too, if it's gonna cost me that much.

I can't believe this is happening on a 3-yr old trailer

Trailers are a money pit just like a boat,I did the front axle so i left the boat on and jacked the front tires up,one side at a time and blocked the trailer,if you haven't done some thing like this before i recommend taking the boat off first, can be scary with all that weight, then just 4 bolts,2 on each side, but beware that axle is heavy,at least 250lb,lower it down on jacks if you can and have someone to help move it then do reverse with the new one,you can call me and I'll walk you through it when it's time.

The way I see the picture. it looks like there is too much pressure in the tire.  I have a utility trailer that did the same thing, I replaced the tires, set the pressure correctly and have not had a problem since.  And the utility trailer also had torsion axles.

Interesting hypothesis... I'll check that.  But I try to keep them inflated to whatever the rating is... I think 50psi.
