Looking for a good recipe for Tatog/ Blackfish. The wife caught a couple today cooking tomorrow?

First, thanks for posting.  Secondly, Tell us your/her tastes....fried, broiled, grilled, or baked?

(Fried some "buttermilk Grouper" tonight....it was pretty edible... :) )

Again, tell us your tastes....will respond ASAP, while its still fresh and good.
