yeah - I do have the 12 degree model.  I guess that'd be big enough difference to not be able to compare the two.  I figured though that with both motors being the same that the performance would be similar on any boat between all the different props - who knows.

another thing Jim - I think I want to go with a regular leaning post with storage under the seat and a back and foot rest setup with a take-on / take-off bait tank under it.  Can you see potential problems with my idea?  I'm not a charter capt and won't be needing to feed bait all day to 4 guys so I don't need the big pedistal tank that Tommy typically installs.

Adam,

Look at the Pathfinder leaning post i think thats what you are looking for and if it is i think tommy might have one if not tell me and i'll ask around for you. The livewell i would have it stay in the boat i think you might ask tommy about this to the way Hammerhead makes the wells you should be able to cut it down to fit under the leaning post but just ask him.

that'd be ideal (to chop down his standard pedistal livewell and stick it under the leaning post) - I'll get with Tommy about it closer to when I take the boat up there.

hey, do you know anything about Trevco boats - the 23' in particular.  my buddy is looking at one up in Jax.
