I want to use this jackplate on my 196. I like that it has only a 4 inch set back. I picked it up 10 years ago from a friend that was going to throw it out. The pump went up and he got a new jack plate and didn't want to get a new pump just to sell it. I want to get a pump but don't know the manuf. Does anyone here know and if parts are still aviable. Thanks.

Detwiler mounts the pump in between the plates like that...they are a possibility. Bob's uses an external pump...

Go here and click on "Manufacturers" on the left. They list nine different jack plate makers. Maybe you can identify it on one of the web sites.
