I stumbled across this at Publix Supermarket today. I had never seen it before.

Even though they list it as seafood breading I bought some country style pork ribs and cut them into one inch strips. Egg wash and rolled in the Bake and Crisp (with a little garlic powder added). 400 deg. for about 25 minutes. Yum! The wife was very impressed with my culinary skills.
Maybe tomorrow night the specs from Sunday morning will get the Bake and Crisp treatment.

JJ, cool, that looks tasty.....Anything Zat makes is good stuff!
Hey, checked out that lure of yours too....They use a jumbo version around here to catch AJ's at the wrecks...AJ's on topwater....never tried it, but bet its a blast.
