Thanks Chris, the badges arrived yesterday.  Now all I have to do is figure out how to paint them like the originals.

Yeah that is what Im struggling with myself thinking of spraying them white and hand painting them to match whatever color rail I go with

I think a foam roller would work, rooling without to much pressure

When I made mine for the 170 I had a hard time getting the paint to stick and it bubbled in spots - maybe I needed more prep?

If you prime with plastic paint you shouldn't have a problem i sprayed mine with white krylon fusion paint

What is the recommended method of attaching the badges?  Rivets only?  Rivets and glue?  Glue only? As the tend to break over time, I would think gluing would give a lot more strength.

From the holes in the badge 1/8 fits perfect, I guess 1/2 long would be long enough

There is a lot of stress on the badges when mounted since the surface is not flat.  Be careful tightening them down.
