I don't know. I would think that an inline scupper is something special that needs to be designed into your rebuild. As you can imagine, or already know, scuppers get all kinds of stuff in them that can plug them up - fishing weights, hooks, baitfish, small sticks, leaves and foliage. I would be afraid of these check valves getting plugged and getting damaged as you clear out the debris.  Read the review here https://www.westmarine.com/buy/t-h-marine--1-1-2-double-barbed-in-line-scupper-check-valve--P015921042

Being that they are barbed on both ends that implies that you'll be attaching a hose to both ends or at least one.

I was thinking about something like this.  Basically your normal stainless scupper, but with a flap in it to keep water from coming in when you're backing down. If you search for Attwood Through Transom Scupper Valve you'll see what I'm looking at.

I had these on my Hydrasport.  They performed flawlessly.  The only downside is that the hoses require inspection and maintenance and it can be difficult to design adequate access.

Which did you have Michael - the inline from TH marine or the Attwood one?

Sorry, I meant to attach an image.  They were Perko with a ball as a check.  Here’s the image.

Similar to the the ones umecheme posted  in that the require a hose.  Difference is they instal in the cockpit sole with a standard through hull to outsides vs scupper installed in transom with fitting in sole.

Here's a better pic.  Can't see why these wouldn't work above the water line to help with water backing through the scupper, just cut the hose barb portion off...???  Thoughts?

With the nut on the transom face there will be a surface that will trap dirt and other gunk. With the nut diameter, they won’t sit on the bottom of the hull, so unless you fit them in a recess, you’ll have water on your deck.  You’ll want to check the depth of the threaded portion to be certain that threads will extend through your transom for the nut.

Nothing insurmountable with these issues, but it’s more work than to go with a tube through the transom with an outside scupper flap.

I used these duckbill inserts with 1.5 inch thru hull fittings from GEMLUX. 3rd year now no issues. Inserts still in good shape and work great. Have to admit they now have a flapper design as well and I probably would have went with that at the time. Cheer T

If you're talking about the scupper flaps - try here https://www.westmarine.com/search?q=scupper+flaps&search-button=&lang=en_US

Thank you both, Fish Head and RickK.
That is exactly the part I need.
Can't wait to install on the boat.
Really appreciate all your help.

My best.
