Seeing how winter is fast approaching and the trout fishing is going to be hot I figured I would post this recipe. I came up with this recipe last winter after catching several Gator Trout.
Trout fillets skinned. (I used speckled trout)
Real Butter
Italian Bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Melt some butter and pour or brush over fillets. Sprinkle Bread Crumbs and Parmesan Cheese to evenly cover both sides of the fillets. Pat down to help ingredients stick to fish (I use about 2 parts bread crumbs to 1 part Parmesan) Your now ready to cook. Heat the Fry Pan to a medium heat and throw a nice pat or 2 of butter in the pan. Put your fillets in the pan/butter and cook until golden brown turning once. (Tip-while fish is cooking put a pat or 2 of butter on top of the uncooked side, when your ready to flip, the butter will melt on the pan turning both sides golden brown)
Thats it! Simple, Easy and Delicious
