« on: November 04, 2009, 01:02:31 PM »
I went to look at a "24 Flatback"  Was there ever such a boat, it looked like a 22'2 to me.  Thx

I'm not aware of a 24 foot flatback, but a couple owners have extended 22 footers to 24 by adding 2 feet onto the stern.

See ya on the water!

One of our members bought a 222 flatback mold or one like it (not sure it was an Aquasport mold) and cut it in half, added 2 feet to it in the middle and then created the mold for a 24ft knockoff of an Aquasport flatback.  Not sure if he ever finished it but that is what he told me he was doing a couple years ago.
