Thanks for the added info.  Looks like you calibrated the hardener about right.  Twenty-four ounces X 2 is a good sized mixed quantity but 1708 is like a blotter... incredible the amount of resin it'll hold.  Am mighty interested in your deck work because it's exactly what I'll be doing when the weather breaks this Spring.  All my repairs & patchwork thusfar have been in polyester but for the decks I'm going with epoxy as its stronger and less brittle. Better impact resistance too.  Deck takes a real pounding so I want it be as strong as I can make it.

The break will be good to clear your head, plan the next tasks and allow the deck to set up thoroughly. These project boats have got to remain interesting & enjoyable otherwise they'll be a stone around your neck.  Time off helps a lot.  I've pushed the 240 off a couple of times just because of that.  I expect it won't launch till the end of next Summer... which is fine; no harm done.

Good luck with the move & your new home.  The old girl will be there when you're ready

Well, the boat has moved into the new house anyway.  She beat me by a few weeks, I should be moving later this week though.  I will say that a 21ftx24ft garage seems quite large until you try to stuff a 20ft boat and trailer into it!  Will have to do some planning and shifting when I move into the house since she will be in there for some time.
