want to add a baitwell

my brother just bought a 79' 246 and we need to add a baitwell, any suggestions.  Be detailed, this is our first boat and we are new to installing anything on a boat.

I thought in a different post you mentioned that you bought the boat - so it's a "family" boat? (Maybe I need to read these in the right order )

That would be a good way to counter the tackle station weight on the Port side.  Look for a free-standing circular/oblong type and you can plumb it several different ways.
