Alright I'm a sensitive guy, I have feelings too, but does anyone like my boat? If not I'm taking my fishing poles and going home.
Seriously, we love our boat. Out on the water when another Aquasport is near it is like homecoming. Maine is a way from Hieleah(?). It is like the first time in my life at 58 that I am cool, real coooooooooooooooooool!
I read some of the old manuals at this site and and they described the construction (e.g. gelcoat, matting, 5 handlaid woven mats, stainless steel, floatation, etc;) and wow it was ......... for the first time, but better. We easily pass other boats bouncing while we are high and dry. Grady-Whites are everywhere, and may I say, ugly.
How good compared to others are our boats? Is the 82 25XF a cored hull. We had it surveyed before we bought it last year and the surveyor who I hired, not anyway affiliated with the yard said if he was looking for a boat he'd buy her. We put on over 200 hours last season without a hitch except for that "&@(*!!" E 10 fuel at the Cape(Taxacusetts can go to ......... .
So reassure m guys, how good is the Sally-Carol? Comparatively are we Chevy's, Buicks, or Cadillac Coupe d'Villes? Are G-W, Hydrasport, Wellcrafts, Parkers, Makos, whoever better? Thanks, Gary
ps: I just went to that site where they argued over boats after stating that in GENMAR's scheme we were once their best boat.

Just saw the same arguments on that "site" and saw that genmar is planning a comeback for our toys but in more of a bay fashion, kinda like the earlier models
How true it is, I dunno

I am sure it is a great boat as long as it's not that ugly brown hull like mine

Gary, if you have some pictures of the Sally-Carol we'd love to see them otherwise we're looking at our own boats and saying, "yup she sure is a beaut". If you don't know how to upload some to our site, or maybe you already have an acct at photobucket or similiar place but don't know how to get them to show up in your posts, pm me and I'll walk you through it.

The only photos are tied up to the dock in Bucksport. I may try putting a camera on an outrigger"yuk, yuk". But she is gray on the hull. We'll get them up. By the way, I forgot to mention that I have had people calling for my unlisted/not for sale boat. Really so far I have found people truly enamored with Aquasports. "You really can't beat the way an old boat rides". Alan Jackson, Thanks, Gary
