Now that Helene is a near memory, I know that there are a lot of members in FL and Georgia that got stomped big time. I live in Sarasota Fl and we had some big winds and a lot storm surge covering our barrier islands but nothing like the Big Bend area where they got 10-15 feet. Houses washed right off their foundations, big trees splitting houses in two, 4-6 feet of water in their businesses and homes, the pictures are horrendous that I've seen. If you were not affected, please consider donating to the Red Cross or a non-profit of your choice for Hurricane Helene relief. These people lost everything.
