Is the 22’ family fisherman the same hull as the 222 center console?

It depends on the year. Here is a link to a catalog that shows all the FF models and also the "Deep Vee" model. Look at "Deadrise" in the specs.

So, the older model center consoles were usually 12 degree hulls (modified Vee). As the CCP came out (another center console) and the bigger FF they used the Deep Vee hull. Many of the 80's and 90's bigger hull used the Deep Vee hull and the smaller Ospreys used the Modified Vee hulls.
