1968 Aquasport ID
« on: December 28, 2023, 11:29:51 AM »
Can anyone tell me the model 1968 Aquasport I have. I have not seen one in my searches. I purchased from original owner. Unusual, with consol mounted half on casting deck. Low gunnels, (18"). Wide hull dimensions, with 6'x6' area behind seats. ID FLZT2818D688

From the year and description of console mounted on toward casting deck, it sounds like a 19-1 Gull model. Nice hulls. Classic, shallow draft, sharp entry for a bay chop. Post some picture for further understanding of what you have.

Thank you for sharing.

Ulysses485 was right on the money. Here is a link to our '68/69 catalog that shows the two 191 models (Gull and Osprey) but doesn't really explain or show the differences. The Gull has the console up to the casting deck and a little on top of it. The Osprey has about a 2 foot gap between the console and the casting deck.
