camar0,
Unfortunately, all I see is a "picture icon".  Sure you are uploading correctly?  If I had a pic, I may be able to help...

camar0,
I always use photobucket, just seems to work the best on all the forums...

Anyway, flip over the hatch and see if there is any manufacturers name molded in on the underside.  Wellcraft/AS used to use a lot of Rabud Products back then so it may be one of theirs.  If not, I'm sure we can find a suitable replacement.  Check these guys out, we use them at Proline.  http://store.gotohmg.com/categories/Products/Innovative-Doors/

Sounds like an 11" X 15" might be the ticket...

Model # 39602

So-Pac brand.
Click on their link and find the above model number. It is a fairly close match to the dimensions you show.

any recommendations for sealant when putting it back in?

3M 4200

Edit:
You may want to also consider 3M 4000.
While the 4200 is a polyurethane compound the 4000 is polyether (I believe that's correct).

Difference?

Some plastics react to the urethane (think soften/dissolve) but seem to handle the ether.
I would check with your hatch manufacturer to see if they recommend any special sealant. Beckson (sp) calls for silicon only on their products (deck plates/hatches) so it can't hurt to check.
I'm planning on using the 4000UV on my new plates and hatches to be on the safe side.

Good Luck.

I had the exact same problem with mine and couldn't find the exact size anywhere.  Ended up getting on that was within 3/8 of an inch from GlenMar and it worked just fine.  I put mine in with 5200...
