Worth on one of our boats is pretty subjective.  If I had the room and it was close I would consider a grand but that's just me and my budget.  Most around here ask up to 3K for similar rigs.

Assuming the engine is no good and it needs a total rebuild, I'd agree with John.

But if you really want an old hull like that to completely rebuild and it's the only (or the best) option you have, then it's worth however much you're willing to pay for it!

I picked up mine for $1200 and it was in comparable shape- transom, stringers, floor all trashed.  I have seen people asking way more for them though too... I just got "lucky".  I did sell the motor (blown OMC) to make $400 back.
