Wilson's right, that doesn't look like delamination, somethngs broke loose. What ever the problem it needs to be fixed for sure. That stringer might bounce up and down and pound on that area of the hull in any kind of seas. The rest of the stringers are sort of in question now too.
HOw much do they want for it?

I really like the setup for bay and tarpon/cobia fishing and I can handle the necessary work but do I want that much work? I had rather fish
The guy at the consignment lot said the owner wanted $13K but would take "substantially" less, especially since it has been sitting on the lot for over six months. What it would be worth to me would be more like $3500 still contingent on a wet test and compression check.
I appreciate the comments guys.
By the way, what's a "CCP"?

My advice is: if you want to fish any time soon, buy a different boat.

Yeah, I know I would spend spring and probably summer fixing it up. It always seems to take 2.7 times the time and money one originally projected.
I
assume
the entire cap comes off of these or do I have to cut the floor out to get to the stringers? (I am not that familar with Aquasport construction.)
Thanks again for the advice.
