What kind of conditions should my 1998 175 Osprey be able to handle? Max waves? Water body size? Etc.

Thanks

It was designed for inshore operation. That being said, I have had my 170 out 10 miles from shore on a calm day. She can handle 1-2 foot chop but anything else is scary in a little boat with little freeboard (knee high).

That was my thinking also. I mostly take it out on Lake St Clair, Lake Erie, and inland lakes. I’ve had it out in 3 foot stuff. Just wondered what others thought were.  Thanks
