so looking over original stringers , should i remove them and go with conventional stringer system since a good portion of these stringers didn't have enough resin in them? you can see areas where there isnt any resin in the glass .

If you have doubts about their integrity, much easier to just clean them up and laminate over the top, using the existing stringers as a form.
