1990 17ft question ??

Hi, new member here i just bought a creme puff 1990 CC 17ft, here is my first question for my new friends, on the CC it has 174 sticker on both sides is that a 17.5?

Do you see "Osprey" on the boat anywhere? Can you post a picture of what you're referring to please?  Use the instructions in this link to post pictures (don't attach the pics, upload them)

I would guess someone measured it and decided to mark it as such.  It should say 175 Osprey (see the other image)

I've removed all the decals they were just to nicked up, buffed it clean looks good, the 174 stickers on the connsole look original but maybe not as you said.

They made a 175 in 92. Unfortunately, we do not have a 1990 (or 91) catalog so there is a possibility the 174 is original. The graphic style/font looks right for the early 90s period.

Is there a Coast Guard Capacity Plate that is legible on your hull (console maybe)?


If so, can you read (and post) the manufacturer build site address?
