New Aquasport Boats advertised on Craigslist and other sites

Hello Aquasport Nation,

I've seen some new AS boats listed (Kevlar material) online lately and I wanted to get the groups opinion/knowledge on what this is about.  I mean, is this a new company that is slapping an AS decal on the boat?  I know the old company went away a long time ago.  There is a new website that says something like Ebtide Holdings is making new Aquasports, but the website doesn't seem to be working.  I was looking through Craigslist in the NJ area and saw an ad there as well...something like $90K for a new 25' with a 250 motor on it. Mainly just looking for info as to whether someone bought the rights to sell AS boats?

Looks like somebody photoshopped an aquasport logo on there, to me.

No, it's the real deal. Older style Hydra Sport hull molds with new design guts and caps. I would think it is a really good riding hull and has the Kevlar ply sandwiched in the layup. Would not be the first marque brought back by another company. $$$$$ but so are most boats nowadays.
