Osprey center console latch/door/access panel

Hey guys. I’m looking to replace the large screw on piece that holds the two access hatches on the center console of my osprey 200. Its right in front of your knees as you’re operating the boat. Not exactly sure what to call that part...but it holds two doors that allows you to get to the batteries and what not under the console. A large chunk cracked off the bottom where it meets the floor and now there’s a crack in the middle. It’s gonna fall apart soon enough. Preferably just the one piece, but will purchase an entire console if need be. Anyone have any leads or resource to find one?
Thank you

Is there any way to post a picture or two? There are great folks on this board who are happy to help, but I can't figure out what part you are talking about.

Above is a pic....its not my console, but it is identical. Its the part that the door hinges attach to. Its got a big hole where it meets the deck and is cracked through where the screws attach it to the console. My hull is the 2001 osprey 200. Any leads? Its beyond repair...

If you have no luck locating this (again good luck with that) you may wish to try going the custom route.

If you remove the part and supply him with a pic, he may be able to do it. I don't know but it never hurts to try.
Good luck.

Might be worth contacting Boat Outfitters. They build custom doors out of Starboard. Here’s one that looks like it would work on your console.

It has an open toe kick, not a recessed one like yours, but looks like it would work. I bet if you sent them your door, they could get even closer.

These are great ideas, thanks guys. I Didn’t consider unscrewing the whole thing and just getting a new door for it essentially. Time to take some measurements and see what I can find/make. 🤘🏻
