Cruising speed and what rpm

So. What’s the average cruise speed for 290.  Mine has twin crusaders 5.7 300hp   I cruise speed is about 22mph.  At 3400 rpm does those numbers sound right

Yes that's about right.  I cruise at 21 @ 3250.
