78 Johnson 115 Ignition Wiring Diagram

So we have 1978 Johnson 115, and I'm fairly certain something is wrong with the ignition switch. I'm hoping checking the connections and cleaning them will solve the problem, but if not, anyone have a wiring diagram?

Wiggling the switch solved the problem of low voltage to the starter ( wouldn't pop high enough to engage fly wheel.)    Obviously, we don't want to wiggle a key switch to start a boat.   :-)
