1967 222 actual dimenions of inboard motor location fore/aft
« on: March 24, 2018, 10:13:55 AM »
hello, I have a 1967 222c flat back which I am rebuilding.  I will installing a inboard diesel.  the boat was an outboard so I do not know engine placement location.  if someone has the fore/aft measurements or has a inboard to measure from could you get me these.
please note dimension needed  ===   inches from inside of transom to back of engine block to bell housing joint==
if someone has or could take this measurement I would really appreciate it thanks craig

Whoa and WOW.  The FB was not offered in anything but an outboard. The depth of the stringers were shallow.
In the 70s they offered an inboard but the hull was a 12 degree model.
