Just curious if anyone's done twin 200's on a 250 Osprey
I always felt a bit underpowered with the 150's

I'm sure someone has done it. If you insure it, that'll blow that because the factory recommendation is 300HP max.

I've seen one running around here with twin 200 Etecs on it.
I'm not so sure about the insurance. By todays standards 400hp is not overpowered. Also using the Coast Guards formula for figuring max HP it's probably ok.
I'm surprised by your underpowered comment. You should se 50 mph with the twin 150s. Twin 200s will not go much faster. That hull is not designed to go fast.

I can hit 53 gps, not that I do it often because she really eats the gas w.o.t., but I agree with the above comment. They really aren't a go-fast hull.
