Lithium house batteries

has anybody wired LiFePO4 To run their house circuit and separating from the motors gages? I have a 2001 osprey 250 and in the back transom is the main 40 amp fuse block. my only concern would be removing any grounds going to the motors from any of the lights or pumps on the boat house circuit. I know I will need to charge the lithium separate from the start batteries because they will charge off the Yamaha F150 motors. Curious to anybody’s experience with this or is it more trouble?
