Semi V 72-79

looking to purchase later 70s model 222. I know the flat backs stopped in 71 but is there a difference 72 through 79?

I think if you look through the gallery you'll see they dabbled in changing the liner a little during that time - maybe changed the casting deck layout, maybe added recessed cleats in the aft.  Maybe changed how they did rod storage, storage in general and the console itself and teak.  They offered baitwells for the transom also.

ok but as far as the hull itself the specs are the same? same dead-rise and same angle of modified v in the transom?

It appears so.
Same beam, transom height, semi/modified V.

Aquasport got a lot of mileage out of that mold.
