The issue is due to over development. More condos and apartment complexes are ruining the Tampa Bay Area, all of coastal Florida for that matter. Condos & Apartment complexes are going up everywhere. Too much traffic and too much poop! The developers and the politicians are too blame as all they concern themselves with is profit & taxes $$$.
