What are your thoughts on this? The outside hull looks good. Here are some transom shots. The transom seemed solid but had these small cracks. One small repair as seen and a small crack on starboard side forward splash well.

The two smaller cracks are most likely where the transom and cap meet.  Those will be common considering the age of the boat.  The bigger repair would concern me.  Is that hiding something?

The transom is 30 years old so it is on borrowed time.  I would figure in an eventual transom job when negotiating.

Thanks for your reply, after more thought I decided that the price was way high. asking 14000 Has a 2002 150hp and new trailer.

I do love the the looks of the hull.
