New aquasport 200 owner

Hey guys I just bought my first aquasport and so far it's perfect for the family. It's a 1989 with a johnson 150. The motor doesn't have and numbers on it and I'm trying to figure out what year it might be so I can order some maintenance parts. Any one have any idea around what year it may be, and some info on it?

Looking at the decals, it appears to be late 80s to early 90s.
89 hull. Probably the original motor.
As for parts, I just took a random part and looked it up and as expected, it was used on many different models so parts won't be an issue.
No plate on the motor with the engine model?

Yes 89 hull, the plate has been removed on the engine, i pretty much figured most parts are interchangeable. Took her out today for first run she ran 42-43mph with 3 adults. Got some bugs to work out and I need to run some sea foam and ring free through her with some fresh fuel then change the plugs she should be back to like new.

You might be able to find a serial number stamped into a freeze plug on the powerhead. That may help narrow it down

Ok I'll check tomorrow, I'm suppose to go check out a 222 aquasport tomorrow after work. It needs some love but I can probably pick it up for couple grand. Has a old johnson gt 150 dual axle trailer. Just wonder if it's worth getting myself into another project.. although it is my dream boat

It looks a lot like my old 1991 cross flow 150.
