Interesting...kinda like an extended duckbill.  Is that something that is made for this purpose?  Or did you invent it?

Its just some floppy blue hose that's used on water pump discharges. Got the idea from my buddy who has some on his kingfish boat. He saw some on a coast guard boat and tried it out. Just popped in gear is enough to get them flowing!

Yep, 1.5" fit right in.  Its actually press fit with a mallet, not goin anywhere!

They are called scupper trunks, Zodiac has been using them for years.

That's good info since we always have people complaining about getting wet feet - so here's the fix (unless they are $1M each    )
