Chokoloskee Fishing in December
« on: November 12, 2015, 10:30:02 AM »
I'll be camping with the family at the Outdoor Resorts on Chokoloskee Island, Florida, between Christmas and NYE and wondered if any members had any fishing information or advice to share on that area and at that time of year? If so, I'm all ears...

Hey Daniel, try this article Sam Root posted back from late December 2009:

I've fished down there a few times around Christmas, but didn't find the fish concentrated in the same place twice. Like Sam says, the best fishing tends to be at creek mouths, in the troughs.

Best, and good luck to you guys.

Neill
Have fish? Will travel.
